Book an Appointment

There are four types of appointments with both virtual and in-person options. Please ensure you are booking the most appropriate appointment type and format for your needs.


To book an appointment, select “Schedule an appointment” above, then select "Show availability for" and choose one of the following options from the dropdown:

  • New Registration Appointment (virtual only)
    • This appointment is for you if you are not yet registered with AAS and have opted for a Traditional Registration Appointment (TRO).
    • Please ensure your Intake Form is completed and you have received the AAS Registration: Final Step email from us prior to booking.
    • If you have already registered with AAS and are looking to meet with your Student Accommodation Facilitator, please select a Follow-up Facilitator Appointment.
  • Follow-up Facilitator Appointment (virtual or in-person)
    • This appointment is for you if you are registered with AAS and would like to book an appointment with your Student Accommodation Facilitator.
    • Need to connect with your Facilitator before their next available appointment? Send them an email directly.
  • LS/AT Appointment (virtual or in-person)
    • This appointment is for you if you are looking for learning strategy and/or assistive technology support.
  • AT Appointment (virtual or in-person)
    • This appointment is for you if you are looking for assistive technology support.

Once booked, you can view your appointments by selecting "Calendar", above. 


Please note:

  • Virtual appointments are held on Google Meet, unless otherwise arranged
  • In-person appointments are held on the 4th floor of the Student Learning Centre (SLC). Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival.


Need to cancel an appointment?

  • Visit ‘My Schedule’ from the main page to cancel and reschedule to a time that works for you. 


Important information about virtual appointments

  • For your appointment, you will need a computer, tablet or smartphone with Google and an Internet connection.
  • You are responsible for finding a private space if you would like to discuss confidential information. 
  • We ask that you do not use the record feature during the meeting without permission.
  • Google Meet has been approved for our use. There are, however, risks associated with any online platform. Information about how the university manages these risks is found on CCS' website on Privacy and Security.
