AAS Student Portal: Activate Accommodations
⚠ Spring/Summer 2026 Notice: The AAS Student Portal is undergoing maintenance April 30 - May 1, 2026, during which all courses will be re-synced.
Do not send your Spring/Summer 2026 accommodation plan until after May 2, 2026, as requests will be reset.
Tip: Send your plan only after your instructors are assigned. If a course shows “Instructor info missing” (or no instructor yet), don’t send. Aim to send during the first 1–2 weeks of classes so it reaches your instructor.
You must activate your accommodations each semester before you can use them. Log into the AAS Student Portal at the start of the semester and send your accommodation plan to your instructors. Peer notes and test/exam bookings are only available after your plan is activated. Select Accommodations above to get started.
