AAS Student Portal: Book a Test

The Accommodated Test Centre (ATC) coordinates and administers accommodated tests, final exams, and make-up tests. To be eligible to write tests with the ATC, students must:

Be registered with AAS, have accommodations for tests and exams, have sent their accommodation plans to their instructors, and book their accommodated tests by the posted deadlines.

New for Spring/Summer 2025: Midterm, quiz, test, & final exam booking deadline is 7 days in advance (instead of the usual 10 days - Spring/Summer only)

Missed the booking deadline? If you missed the deadline to book your test or exam due to exceptional or extenuating circumstances you can submit an Exceptional Booking Request. Exceptional bookings are not guaranteed.

New 2024/25: Exceptional booking requests can be submitted through the AAS Student Portal (here!) 2+ weekdays prior to your scheduled test.
