AAS Student Portal: Book an Appointment

To book an appointment:

1. Select Schedule an appointment above.

2. Under Show availability for, choose one of the options below.

New Students	Students Registered with AAS
⚠ IMPORTANT: Booking an appointment is Step 3 of the registration process. Wait until you receive the AAS Registration: Final Step email before booking. New Registration Appointment: For new students who chose the Traditional Registration (TRO) option. Appointment Formats

Virtual appointments are held on Google Meet unless otherwise arranged. You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access and a Google account. Ensure you are in a private space if you wish to discuss confidential information. Recording is not permitted without permission.

In-person appointments are held on the 4th floor of the Student Learning Centre (SLC). Check in at the front desk upon arrival.
